Mel and Henry found themselves in the disability space after meeting a beautiful family at church, where a simple connection quickly grew into something much more meaningful.
What began as a part-time support role soon ignited a deep passion and genuine calling to serve in the sector.
Through that experience, they discovered the impact that consistent, compassionate, and relationship-driven care can have- not just on participants, but on families as a whole.
Over time, their approach has been shaped by a strong belief that support should feel personal, safe, and empowering- never clinical or transactional!
